No matter the size, we believe successful hospitality projects require a hands-on, full time project manager to track progress and communicate between consultants. Their focus and knowledge of the industry will make design and construction a smooth process for all parties.

Who is your Architect of Record?

A licensed architect is necessary for any significant amount of design work. They are responsible for critical information regarding applicable code and handicap accessibility and are instrumental in enforcing best design practices.

Who is the Purchasing Agent?

We do not purchase any furniture, lighting, or other interior goods. Given the complex nature of hospitality projects, a purchasing agent is able to dedicate their time to help with negotiating pricing, buying goods, and tracking shipments for the project. If you're unsure of a purchasing agent at this time, we are happy to provide recommendations.

Who is the Licensed General Contractor

Executing commercial design requires a high level of craftsmanship and detail to withstand the heavy use that hospitality spaces receive. A licensed contractor with adequate hospitality experience will not only create a suitable outcome but make sure that inspections are passed.
